You can sort documents in any tab on the document dashboard by name, last edited, last active, priority and by when the document was shared with you.
To sort documents:
- Navigate to the Documents dashboard from the main menu in the workspace.
- Click on Sort by on the extreme right above the documents list.
- Choose to sort by:
- Document name: A → Z or Z→ A
- Edited: By when the content was last edited.
- Activity: By when the document was last active.
- Priority: Documents that need your action will be sorted to the top.
- Shared on: By when the document was shared with you
